Long delayed update

 I have been using Facebook for my updates and forgot about this site. I will now try to get it up to date with pictures and builds.

2021 comes to an end, almost.

 So the end of another year and a return to Comic Con's and to cosplaying. It saw me going to a new con at Norwich which I will return to next year. MCM at the Excel in London saw a new cosplay as I was Old Guy, my take on Guy from Free Guy.

At the moment there is a lot of DIY going on at home to try to get ready for Christmas but which will alos give me far more room for building my cosplays and I have plans for Moody's new staff, a false leg and even his broom hopefully in time for Londons Spring Comic Con. I will also sort out a few things with Old Guy and work on a new version of the Riddler costume once the new version of the character is revealed in the new Batman movie.

I am also going to make a start on my Cyberman and Dalek although I am aiming for next Autumn for them to be complete.

Next year I hope to do LFCC, MCM in London and Birmingham, St Albans, Invasion Colchester and NorCon as well as a few others and events.

My last event of this year will be Burnham-on-Crouch Christmas Fair with the Essex Cosplayers for charity.

Calendar for 2022

 The calendar of con's is now beginning to be announced and I will therefore update the calendar page again. I hope to meet more of you at a con next year. 

MCM London

 So 2 years after we were last there we are back at the London Docklands Excel for the 2021 Comic Con. We only did the one day this time but will be back for the weekend in the Spring.

It was great to be back and in costume again. I will add a new photo album and release the pictures over the following weeks so keep coming back.

A new cosplay for MCM

 With MCM London back in a couple of weeks time I have decided to do a new cosplay for it. I still need to get some more bits to finish it but the picture shows progress so far. A cos-test should happen on Friday I hope.

Update of the website

 I have not done anything to do with my cosplays recently, I really need to get on with it but it has been a question of space. 

My workshop area is in our spare room which is currently full of Christmas presents for my Daughter who we were unable to see over Christmas plus a lot of stuff for my younger daughter which should go when she moves into her new house in a few weeks time.

Once the room is clearer I will get the false leg for Moody sorted plus a more Con friendly version of the staff. 

I am looking for bits for other cosplays and will update this blog whenever I get them.

The detailed description of Moody's costumes has been added with the normal, Yule Ball and Steampunk versions.

Future for this blog

 I am aiming to put more info on this blog as well as reviews of comic cons and geeky stuff so keep on coming back.

I am currently sorting out my spare room which should give me more room for building cosplays especially the new bits for Moody and my Dalek :-)

Cosplaying for the first time in 2020

 Over the weekend I managed to get in some cosplaying in as I helped out at my local Miniature Railway (The North Weald and District Miniature Railway) and their Halloween event. Mad Eye Moody played his part in scaring the kids riding the trains.

I have decided to move my website to Blogger as its more reliable and its free!

I will slowly add pages of the info that my old site had, the old site will stay in use until this blog is completed.

Please Note this blog is under development so it might not look too good in places, I will change this post when it is complete.
